KEMIN S.A.S. acts as the commercial platform and authorized representative of Blindobarras LATAM to structure, negotiate, and channel business opportunities related to its kinetic power generation technology.

Under the authority granted to it, KEMIN is authorized to lead the initial engagement with customers, investors, and strategic partners, support the preparation of contracts and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), and structure commercial arrangements such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), operating leases, and other applicable commercial models.

In addition, KEMIN may coordinate the commercial, documentary, contractual, and financial aspects of projects, including the administration of certain contracts through fiduciary structures, trusts, escrow arrangements, or Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), in collaboration with strategic partners such as Amicorp Group.
