WHAT IS KEMIN?

KEMIN S.A.S. is a commercial and fiduciary platform (acting as Blindobarras LATAM’s authorized representative) for the commercialization, structuring, and execution of kinetic energy projects, in partnership with Blindobarras LATAM and other key stakeholders. It operates under EaaS schemes (Energy as a Service — you pay for the service/energy, not for the asset); PPA schemes (Power Purchase Agreement — you pay for the energy, in kWh, under a term contract); Leasing schemes (financial or operating lease — you pay for the use of the equipment through rental payments, with or without a purchase option); and a fiduciary architecture with escrow/sub-trusts in coordination with Amicorp, backed by guarantees supported by Ramko Trust.
