Grupo Ramko, as a strategic partner of KEMIN, may in certain cases act as a structural guarantor, supporting transactions through fiduciary rights constituted over real estate assets within its portfolio located in the city of Quito. This capability strengthens the asset support structure of certain projects, providing greater confidence and solidity to financing schemes.
Based on this support, guarantee structures can be developed to leverage the participation of angel investors in kinetic energy projects and in energy commercialization schemes under the EaaS (Energy as a Service) model. In this way, Grupo Ramko contributes to the viability of more robust investment mechanisms, facilitating capital attraction toward initiatives with scalability, sustainability, and long-term value creation potential.
